What are the minimum & maximum quantities I can purchase?
You can order as little as 1 box of masks online at www.paragonhealth.eu.
There is no such thing as a "maximum quantity". Contact one of our specialists to dicuss your options.
What is a Type IIR disposable, medical mask?
- Type II (or type-2) is a 3-ply construction made up of spunbond & meltblown materials.
- 98% BFE, or Bacterial Filtration Efficiency, meaning these masks will filter out 98% of harmful particles.
- "R" refers to ‘fluid resistance’ and so will provide additional protection to the user.
But not all masks are created equal.
In the EU, medical device manufacturers must comply with Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 (MDR) which are a stringent set of regulations concerning risk assessment, process documentation, record keeping, the standards of design and manufacturing processes and so on.
These regulations are designed to protect patients and healthcare workers. But unfortunately, there has been lots of sub-standard PPE provided onto the market by those with no prior experience in this field.
As a long-standing medical device manufacturing group of companies, we have applied our knowledge, skills & experience and adapted our processes to help manufacture high quality Type IIR surgical masks.
These masks are manufactured in N. Ireland, giving short lead times, guaranteed quality & a trusted service to healthcare workers.
What are the personalised branding options?
In addition to high quality Type IIR disposable, medical masks manufactured in Northern Ireland, Paragon also offer custom-branding of boxes on larger orders.
This allows customers in healthcare, transportation, retail & hospitality to have custom safety messages or branding for their customers.
